At Omni Fitness, we are committed to providing a premium, safe, and high-performance environment—both within our physical facilities and across our digital applications. This Acceptable Use Policy dictates the required standards of conduct for all members.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of our platform and physical spaces, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Sharing account credentials, access key-fobs, or app login details with non-members.
- Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other members or staff.
- Using our digital platforms to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial promotions.
- Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer the Omni Fitness application.
Facility & Equipment Use
When interacting within the physical Omni HQ ecosystem, members must adhere to high-performance etiquette:
- Equipment must be wiped down and properly returned to its designated zone immediately after use.
- Chalk usage must be restricted to designated heavy-lifting platforms.
- Professional media recording requires prior authorization to protect member privacy.
Intellectual Property
All programming, custom macros, code architectures, and branding provided through the Omni Fitness platform are exclusive assets.
- Members may not copy, distribute, or sell Omni Fitness workout programs.
- Our digital dashboards and meal formulations remain the intellectual property of Omni Fitness.
Enforcement & Suspension
Omni Fitness reserves the right to strictly enforce this policy to protect the community and digital infrastructure.
- Violations may result in immediate, temporary suspension of app access and facility entry.
- Severe or repeated infractions will result in permanent account termination without refund.
- We reserve the right to report illegal digital activities to relevant authorities.
